Trials

If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges, subject to the terms shown at signup.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at team@getarchitek.com with your account email and transaction details.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.
